This Privacy Policy for the GovPay (epay.gov.vc), the E-Payments platform of the Government of St. Vincent and the Grenadines (GoSVG) describes how GovPay collects and processes your personal information throughout this website, and any other applications that reference this Privacy Policy. By using GovPay, accessed via https://pay.gov.vc, you are consenting to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us based on the services and features that you use from the government websites which offer the services.

Personal Information provided by You: The personal information we collect may include name, telephone number, email address, the type of service/product for which you are paying, and the amount to be paid.  This information is automatically collected from the website/platform from which the service/product is requested. (Please ensure that you read the Privacy Policy of that platform).

Payment Data: We may collect data necessary to process your payment such as your debit/credit card numbers, name on the card, security code, and the date the card expires. However, all payment data is processed by the third party (4Cs – Caribbean Credit Card Corporation Ltd), which is responsible for your payment data. Your card details are not retained by GovPay.

Use and Disclosure of Personal Information

Your personal information is used to provide you with financial services. Therefore, this information may be disclosed to regulatory bodies and third parties that partner with GoSVG to deliver such financial services. We may also disclose information where it is appropriate to comply with the law. The GoSVG will never sell your personal information to any individual or company.
